WALPIER- BUTTERO BELLIES

Of course we also carry Walpier’s famous Buttero as bellies. 

As far as bellies go, those can be a mixed pleasure, so we were excited to see, that Walpier actually produces beautiful Buttero bellies. 

If you are working mainly on small articles, bellies are a reasonable choice- especially if they are as clean as these. 

These come with a pretty clean backside and plenty of area to harvest keychain, wallet or cardholder parts out of.

As the Buttero shoulders, the colors are intense, and the surface is clean. 

Buttero in all it’s forms and shapes is a pleasure to work with and edges polish beautifully. 

This leather is suitable for rather small leather goods such as wallets, cardholders, keychains. Bellies are prone to stretch, so for bigger leather projects, we surely recommend Buttero shoulders.

For care and finish we would recommend creams and waxes. 

This bellies come as standard in  1.2/1.4 MM thickness from the tannery.
