Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order can vary between 1-10 days depending on the stock status for the specific product. We aim to inform you about the expected delivery time for your order as soon as the order has been reviewed on our end. In case of a product that is no longer on stock, and our stock system was not updated in due time, you will be informed about the delivery time to be expected, and have the possibility to change or cancel your order.
As we are only starting up, we are not yet able to keep massive quantities on our shelfs. Both for storage reasons but also because we need your input and see which products are most popular. With time we will therefore increase our stock levels for all preferred products.
For domestic shipments NordicLeather Aps uses GLS - Privat, GLS - Pakkeshop, PostNord - Privat, PostNord - Valgfrit udleveringssted, DAO - Pakkeshop. For international shipments DHL, DHL Express and UPS are our carrier partners.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items if applicable/available. For the time being aleatherstore uses a fixed shipment rate depending on the location of the customer.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop. Unless package shop drop of is not possible due to weight limits by the shipment provider.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
For free samples, reduced shipping rates apply globally. In these cases we allow ourselves to ship untracked and with the provider who offers us the lowest possible rates.
DUE TO COVID SURCHARGES AND HEAVILY FLUCTRATING SHIPPING RATES, WE CURRENTLY OPERATE WITH FLAT RATES FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO AVOID THAT OUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY DAILY RATE CHANGES.

EUROPE: 15 EUR
REST OF THE WORLD except Indonesia: 39 EUR
INDONESIA: 48 EUR
